Return & Refund Policy

Each product is made to order with care and intention. Because our merchandise is custom printed through a third-party print-on-demand partner, all sales are final unless your item is defective, damaged, or has printing errors.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Change of preference

Please review size charts carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing issue, please notify us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to offer a replacement at no additional cost.

To report an issue, email shop@felicitycounseling.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item showing the defect or damage

  • A description of the issue

We’ll review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Lost or Undeliverable Packages

In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, we can offer:

  • A reprint and reshipment for an additional fee, or

  • A partial refund (excluding shipping)

Please verify your shipping details before completing your purchase to avoid delays or extra charges.
